On May 26, the Institute of East Asian Studies (hereafter referred to as the Institute) hosted a talk featuringWan-Jung Wu(吳宛蓉), former Director of Brand Marketing at Tmall Brand Marketing Center and former Director of Content Operations at Freshippo Market Operations Center. Ms. Wu delivered a presentation in Chinese titled "Corporate Culture and Values in Internet Companies: From 'Culture as a Slogan' to 'Culture as an Operating System'—Practical Insights from My Management Experience at Alibaba." Drawing from her time at Alibaba Group, she shared deep reflections and hands-on experiences related to the evolving corporate culture within internet enterprises. The event was moderated by Professor Chih-shian Liou (劉致賢), Director of the Institute, and attracted a wide audience of interdisciplinary students and faculty from both within and outside the university, as well as members of the media.
