On December 4, the Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies (GIEAS) hosted a special lecture inviting Dr. Ou-Yang Ray (歐陽睿), Assistant Professor at the Graduate Institute of International Affairs and Strategic Studies, Tamkang University. Dr. Ou-Yang Ray delivered a lecture titled Nine Days to Build a Chengdu: Insights from Chengdu's Experience on the Prospects of Mainland China's Political and Economic Development," which was chaired by Professor Chien-Wu Hsueh from GIEAS.
