Announcement: Applications for the 114th Year Ministry of Education "Study Abroad Fellowship" and "Study Abroad Scholarship for Talent" are now being accepted until March 10, 2025.

The application is governed by the Ministry of Education's "Guidelines for Subsidizing Domestic Higher Education Institutions to Send Students Abroad for Study or Professional Internship" and the university's "Guidelines for Subsidizing Students for Short-Term Study Abroad Programs" and related implementation regulations.
The eligibility for the Study Abroad Fellowship and Scholarship are as follows:
(1) "Study Abroad Fellowship" (學海飛颺):
Applicants must be of Republic of China nationality and have a registered residence in Taiwan. They must also be full-time students enrolled at the university (not on leave) and have completed at least one semester of graduate or undergraduate program study. Students in domestic or overseas working programs are excluded.
(2) "Study Abroad Scholarship for Talent" (學海惜珠):
In addition to meeting the "Study Abroad Fellowship" eligibility requirements, applicants must belong to certain disadvantaged groups recognized by municipal or county (city) authorities, such as low-income households, families with special circumstances, persons with disabilities, children from disadvantaged families, and elderly individuals receiving low-income allowances within the same household.
Application Period:
The application system is open from 9:00 AM on January 15, 2025, to 5:00 PM on March 10, 2025. The system will close promptly at 5:00 PM on the deadline, and no late submissions will be accepted.
