Please download the course withdrawal form from the course selection system. |

Before January 2, 2025 |
(NCCU set dates) Submit the leave of absence application form. |

Degree Thesis Oral Defense for 113.1 Semester |
Before January 2, 2025 (Due to the Spring Festival holiday, it's recommended to complete the defense by January 23, 2025) |
(NCCU set dates) Submit the thesis defense application form. (Please fill out the application form in iNCCU, and you do not need to schedule the oral defense yet. Also, print out the thesis plagiarism detection report from Turnitin. Both documents require the signature of your supervisor.) |

NCCU’s spring festival holiday will be from January 24, 2025 to February 3, 2025 (all campuses closed). The latest submission deadline for the degree exam result report to the Office of Academic Affairs is 10 AM on February 4, 2024 |

Graduation and Departure Procedures for Students Who Passed the Degree Thesis Oral Defense |
Before February 28, 2025 |
After the degree exam result report has been processed, students must complete the thesis upload and graduation departure procedures within one month from the next semester of the degree exam. If not completed by the deadline and still within the study limit, students must re-register. If beyond the study limit, the student will be dismissed. |
